Today 30+ WCCS students and a few adults
gathered to pack 27 duffles and suitcases filled
with school supplies, Bible School materials,
medicines, tools, and other supplies for our 12 day
mission trip to the village of Juan Tomas in the
Dominican Republic.
The students are energetic and excited about the
upcoming time with the villagers and students of a
small school there. Every one pitched in, sorted,
and packed over 900 lbs of supplies for the work
ahead. Very organized - like a well oiled machine...it
was impressive to watch and I look forward to
working alongside these dedicated young people.
I hope to share more of our experiences over the
next 12 days. Pray that we will all see God's
purpose and plan for us every moment of the trip!
